Rinsing Unit :

• General operation of the machine is based on the gear mechanism which is actuated by motor-reductor group.
• Rinsing proses is controlled by sensor.

Filling Unit :

• Volumetric filling without any contact of filling valves to the bottles by the usage of flowmeter.
• Filtered positive air is sended in the machine with the usage od a H14 HEPA fitler module to supply a sterilized environment .
• Machine runs only if the door is closed . In case the door is opened during to operation , machine is going to stop automatically. But sterile airflow continues seamlessly.
